DES places the temp-to-hire candidate on a 90-day probationary period before they are released from the DES payroll. 30, 60, or 90 day temp-to-hire contracts can also be arranged if desired. After the evaluation and probationary period, you have the opportunity to hire our temporary candidate on a full-time basis. DES pays all taxes and pay-rolling costs associated with temp-to-hire services.
