FAQs

How do I register for your services?

Due to the constant influx of applications and resumes, our recruiters meet with candidates by appointment only. To make yourself eligible for consideration, you’ll need to go to the “Job Seekers” section.

After you have applied and submitted your resume, our recruiters will review your information. If a recruiter feels you would be a good match for a position (based on the current positions that we need to staff, as well
the experience you possess), they will give you a call and set up an appointment.

Do I have to pay to use your services?

No, our services are absolutely free of charge to our candidates. All fees and charges are paid by our clients.

What types of positions and industries do you staff?

We specialize in office and administrative support positions in various fields (such as receptionist, data entry, executive assistant, administrative assistant, etc.), as well as Human Resources, Accounting, etc. Generally, we do not have any 2nd shift or evening positions – our positions are usually within the hourly range of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.

What locations do you service?

We service and staff all around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

How quickly can you find me a job?

There is no specific time frame for obtaining a position with us due to the variability in position type (direct hire and temporary), as well as the specifications and needs of each of our clients. Also, it’s important to keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find you a position or suitable match due to the dependence on the availability of current positions, as well as the professional experience you possess.

Do you do background checks?

We do perform initial background checks in our office. We accept all candidates regardless of criminal background; however, it is ultimately our clients’ choice to determine whether or not they want to accept a candidate’s background.

What should I bring to the interview?

When coming to DES for an interview with one of our recruiters, candidates should bring:

  • A completed general application (e-mailed by a recruiter or found under the “Resources” section)
  • A copy of your most recent resume
  • Two forms of identification (passport, driver’s license, social security card, birth certificate, etc.)

What should I wear when I come in for my interview at DES?

First impressions are crucial, so dress to impress! Candidates should wear standard interview or business attire.
