Our Temp-to-Hire service allows clients to conduct an on-the-job evaluation of a candidate. DES places the temp-to-hire candidate on a 30, 60, or 90 day temp-to-hire contractual probationary period. After the evaluation and probationary period, the client has the opportunity to hire our temporary candidate on a full-time basis. DES pays all taxes and pay-rolling costs associated with temp-to-hire services.

When an unexpected situation arises or if you need a hire for a short term project, DES will provide you with a temporary candidate for variable lengths of job assignments so that your company can continue to run efficiently.
